How Movement In Play uses this information

How we store your personal information
Information are stored in this booking system (Acuity Scheduling) as well as in other booking websites (i.e. ClassPass) and google forms for merchandise orders.
Personal Information Retention and Disposal
Retention of personal information shall only for as long as necessary:
(a) for the fulfillment of the declared, specified, and legitimate purpose, or when the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated (e.g. membership record purposes)
(b) for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or
(c) in cases provided by law.
Movement In Play shall dispose of in a secure manner the students’ personal information that would prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure to any other party or the public, or prejudice students’ interests.
Access to your Personal Information
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to update and/or correct it. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. If you find your information incomplete, inaccurate, or not up-to-date, please advise us as soon as possible so we can update our records and continue to provide you with quality service.
Our teachers and admins are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information we retain.
