ACROYOGA THERAPEUTICS

Acroyoga is not just about pretty and instagrammable poses or flows. One part of the practice is under the healing arts. This type of acroyoga is also known as therapeutic flying or aerial massage. 


In this class, flyers are mostly in a passive state while the base assists in stretches and massages using gravity. 


Learn to navigate and maneuver acroyoga in a soft and relaxing way through this special class. Again, partners are not required. Let's work together!

ACTIVE FLOW

The class where strength meets serenity. This dynamic and invigorating vinyasa class is designed to increase endurance and overall strength while maintaining a mindful focus on breath, movement and pace. Embrace your onw sense of personal power and vitality.

ASHTANGA BASIC

Learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga in this beginner friendly class. You’ll be guided through different poses from the primary series. Discover what your body can achieve using the teachings of this wonderful practice.

ASHTANGA MYSORE 

Primary Series assisted self-practice class. Personalized hands-on adjustment will be provided by the teacher according to your practice.

DANCE BASIC: POP, KPOP, FEMME, ETC.

INSIDE FLOW

Inside Flow involves a series of choreographed Vinyasa and dance sequences set to music and a storytelling element, allowing practitioners to connect with their breath, body and emotions in a fluid and rhythmic way. This class is recommended for those with prior Vinyasa experience.

INSIDE VINYASA: YOGA ON BEAT

Inside Vinyasa is a rhythmic fusion of breath and movement set to modern soulful beats. The class will progress to a feature flow set to a song. Tune in with your body as this class encourages controlled yet fluid movements to the beat of the music.

GENTLE FLOW

A slow and gentle class great for deep relaxation, passive stretching and calming of a busy mind. With the support of props, you can stay longer in poses, restore and reconnect with your mind and body.

KIDS DANCE BASIC

A fun class where kids can learn musicality, basic groove and dance movements, and have lots and lots of fun! Open from ages 4 to 10. 

KIDS YOGA BASIC

In this class, kids are introduced to the practice of yoga through safe, mindful, and fun activities. We will be exploring different movement patterns every week and tie these along with wonderful stories, feel good songs, and even games.


We want our #MovementInPlay kids to develop mindfulness at an early age and for them to discover how yoga can help them learn more about themselves and what their bodies can do while having fun.


Ages 5-12.

LADDER FLOW

A Ladder flow is a Vinyasa flow that stacks poses and movements to create a strong, sweaty and fun practice. You’ll start with two postures then add more poses per round, repeating all the poses from start to finish, until you complete the entire flow. At the end of the class, you’ll have memorized a complete flow!

PRANAYAMA & GENTLE FLOW

A slow and gentle class great for relaxation, stretching and calming of a busy mind. This is a milder variation of vinyasa that gradually leads to relaxation and improved blood circulation through pranayama.

PRANAYAMA & RESTORATIVE

This is a restful, stress-free and mostly ground-based practice that utilizes longer holds, props and pranayama techniques for deep relaxation and release. With the support of props such as blocks, bolsters and straps, you can stay longer in poses with minimal effort, restore and reconnect with your mind and body. Reap the benefits of yoga through this meditative and subtle practice!

PULL PLAY

This is a strength and conditioning class designed to work on your upper body and more. Move with us as we work on your pull and core power in this class. No pull-up, no problem!

ROCKET YOGA BASIC

This fast-paced Vinyasa class that is heavily rooted in Ashtanga yoga, focuses on building strength, flexibility and endurance to prepare the body for the upcoming challenging asanas. Let this dynamic and free-flowing class be a great introduction to the fun and playfulness of power yoga.

SKILL BUILD: FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility not required? YES! 


Unleash your body's potential as we guide you through a series of passive and active stretches and varying drills that target flexibility, mobility and stability in your body. We will gradually work on increasing your flexibility as we go through targeted movements to achieve greater range of motion over time.

SKILL BUILD: STRENGTH

Combining functional fitness and yoga, this class aims to build strength and help you practice your inversions, arm balances and other strength based skills that you are working on. This class will help improve your awareness and body coordination.

SOUND BATH HEALING

Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones and other sonic vibrations to bring balance to the mind and body. We use Tibetan and crystal singing bowls to produce sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing and emotional release.

VINYASA ALL LEVELS

Connect with your body, move with your breath, and practice at your pace. Allow us to guide you through this mixed-level vinyasa yoga class that encourages you to explore your practice with mindfulness.

VINYASA BEAT

A beginner Vinyasa class that fuses flow and music. Tune in with your body as this class encourages controlled yet fluid movements to the beat of the music.

VINYASA EXPRESS

Are you on the go but still want to get your yoga fix? This 30-minute Vinyasa yoga class can be the boost that you need. Working on breath, movement and mindfulness, don't underestimate the gift of yoga in this short and sweet session.

YOGA BASIC

This yoga fundamentals class introduces the history of yoga, breath work, and basic guiding principles of body awareness and mindfulness.


Whether you are a first timer, beginner or seasoned practitioner, going back to the basics of yoga can be very helpful as you discover your own practice.

YOGA PROPS: RELEASE

Designed to release tension and promote deep relaxation, this class lets you experience the soothing power of myofascial release work. This practice combines the asana with self-massage techniques to target and zone in your fascia. This gentle yoga and props assisted class offers to ease your muscle tightness and improve your mobility.
